Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment has been successfully received.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Please note:

  • Our supplier requires 1–3 business days to prepare and dispatch hair after payment confirmation.
  • In certain cases, orders may first be shipped to us for quality inspection before being dispatched to you. When this occurs, an additional 1–2 business days may be required before your order is shipped out and delivered to the final destination.

Processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods, product launches, or promotional events.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the shipment lies with the courier.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages caused by courier services.

If your tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, or if your parcel is missing in transit, you must:

  1. Contact the courier directly.
  2. File a claim with the courier service.
  3. Provide them with your tracking number and shipment details.

We are happy to assist by providing any necessary shipping documentation to support your claim.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-dispatch the item.
